Remove foreign keys created by a recent migration

It seems these foreign keys are created by (relatively) recent versions of Rails. Older versions did not create them. They are probably useful and a good idea in the long run, but right now they break tests becase FeedBunch has been built assuming those foreign keys (and particularly the "on delete cascade" constraints) are not there.
